Notice on the processing of your data
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR"). Last updated: July 2026.
1. Data controller

2. The data we process
Through the application form we collect: first and last name, email, date of birth (solely to confirm you are of age), city, board of interest, a link to an external portfolio and any notes you choose to add. We do not ask for or store photos uploaded to the site. We do not process special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) and we ask that you do not include them in your notes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
(a) Managing your application: assessing your profile and getting
back to you — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request
(Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
(b) Future communications (opportunities, updates): only if you have
ticked the optional consent — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a),
which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Application data: up to 12 months from submission, then deleted unless a contractual relationship has arisen in the meantime. Consent to communications: until withdrawn.
5. Recipients
Your data is never sold or traded. It may be processed, on our behalf and with appropriate safeguards, by the site's technical providers (hosting and form management) appointed as data processors. [Provider list — to be completed at go-live.]
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and to withdraw your consents at any time by writing to privacy@elyramanagement.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
7. Minors
The site and applications are reserved for those who are at least 18 years old. Applications from minors are deleted.
